FIT FOR YOU Mobility & Balance weekly sessions of gentle exercise for our group members with Lorraine will continue. We are actively seeking external funding to cover the costs; for now its a small contributon of £3/week to attend

Many Fishtoft residents and friends are already enjoying the Tuesday morning sessions. Come along with a friend or a neighbour, meet new people, enjoy a chat over a hot drink somewhere warm and friendly, share your interests or hobbies and find out what is going on in your area.

Since starting in 2023 different groups of people have been coming together to help create the mosaic panels for the Fishtoft buoy and by doing so have made new friends as well as continuing with arts and crafts for fun and special occasions. This now continues at the community group so come along and join in

 

We meet every Tuesday morning 9.30am – 1pm; at the Rochford Tower Hall
